Precision science for complex problems.
We combine advanced analytics, clinical insight, and scientific communication to deliver clarity where it matters most.
"We resolve questions that require both analytical depth and clinical understanding."
Mission & Philosophy
Scientific clarity
defined by precision.
Arx Sciartis is a scientific consultancy at the intersection of data, medicine, and communication.
Our work is defined by precision, clarity, and intellectual rigor. We bridge the gap between complex research findings and actionable insights, centering all efforts on verifiable evidence.
Why Arx Sciartis?
A high-depth, low-volume model focused on rigor and domain expertise.
Integrated expertise.
We translate data, clinical insight, and scientific thought into form — composing analysis, narrative, and visual work into a unified whole.
Precision over volume.
We operate on a high-depth, low-volume model to ensure rigor and sustained attention to each engagement.
Scientist-led.
All work is conducted by domain experts, not delegated pipelines.
Regulatory awareness.
Experience aligning analyses with FDA-style endpoints and validation frameworks.
End-to-end capability.
From study inception to raw data to final manuscript and figures — fully integrated delivery.
Strategic Partners
We partner with organizations at the forefront of medical and scientific advancement.

Selected Work
Turning complex data into structured, defensible insight.
Large-Scale Cardiovascular Outcomes Analysis
Co-author & statistical analysis
View PublicationA national-scale analysis of nearly 3 million hospitalizations examining the interaction between obstructive sleep apnea, CPAP use, and acute cardiovascular outcomes.
We structured and analyzed a high-dimensional inpatient dataset to isolate clinically meaningful effects. The study identified a paradoxical association between CPAP use and increased in-hospital mortality and resource utilization in acute settings.
Patient-Specific Modeling & Imaging in Structural Heart Interventions
Statistical modeling, analytical support & tool development
A series of studies developing CT-based approaches to understand and predict conduction disturbances and pacemaker requirement following transcatheter valve interventions.
Work included:
- • Linking anatomical features of the cardiac conduction system to procedural variables
- • Building predictive models integrating imaging and electrophysiologic data
- • Quantifying relationships between device positioning, anatomy, and clinical outcomes
Key Results
Predictive performance AUC ~0.73–0.75; measurable relationships between anatomical positioning and cardiac function; identified limitations in standard imaging interpretation.
Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis Across Clinical and Policy Domains
Co-author & statistical synthesis
Systematic reviews and meta-analyses spanning clinical medicine and public health policy.
Work included:
- • Designing and executing multi-database search strategies
- • Performing meta-analytic modeling across heterogeneous studies
- • Interpreting results in clinically and policy-relevant contexts
Findings challenged prevailing assumptions — from limited effectiveness of orthoses in osteoarthritis to inconsistent outcomes of arrest-based interventions in domestic violence.
Our work spans statistical design, analytical execution, and data visualization — consistently focused on turning complex data into structured, defensible insight.
